  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • International Shipping: 7-14 business days (varies by destination

Damaged or Missing Items:

  • If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please submit an inquiry with the shipping carrier [include photos and order number]. If you have not gotten reply within 7 days of delivery, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will do our best to assist you!

Refunds & Returns Policy:

  1. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept any products, opened or unopened. All items are final sale and therefore, non-refundable.
  2. Sale items, gift cards, and promotional bundles are non-refundable.
